How does a person start and build an Internet Ministry?

There are sooooo many Online Ministries out there, but how do you start one and be effective when you have so little money to work with?

I would like to see someone post a step-by-step lesson manual that shows how to get started, and how to build it to incredible levels and still be effective, While giving ALL the Glory and Honor to God.

There are so many ways to Minister online (chat rooms for Bible Discussions/Classes/Study), Preaching/Teaching Videos, Bookstores, Websites with a variety of things, Blogging, etc.). But the question remains what is the best and the most cost efective way to get started and to build your online Ministry?

I am currently trying to build a Bible Discussion Group, the Conference room is free, but it only holds 10 people at a time.

Hello, My name is Orlena McQueen. You really can't teach how to run an online ministry. What works for you may not work for me. I currently have an online church which I do on paltalk and I have several ways to bring out my bible studies and teaching series. I have blogtalkradio, Talkshoe and I have snapvine for my daily devotionals, I have a free conference line to hold me meetings with and I also use my Radio station that I own to help promote the weekly teaching and services.
