Exercise Lordship

Many of our church leaders lead as leaders do in the world. They lead more by authority than by sacrifice. "The ecclesiastical idea of a servant of God is not Jesus Christ's idea. His idea is that we serve Him by being the servants of other men. Jesus Christ out-socialists the socialists. He says that in His Kingdom he that is greatest shall be the servant of all. The real test of the saint is not preaching the gospel, but washing disciples' feet, that is, doing the things that do not count in t… Continue

Untouchable

Many pastors and other church leaders have equated themselves to Moses; that is, they believe that their church members cannot correct (rebuke, reproof, or admonish) them. Like the Pharisees, they think that they are above correction from the congregation: "They answered and said unto him, Thou wast altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out" (John 9:34). Click for more ...

Flattering Titles

Church leaders following tradition teach their flock to follow tradition, which advocates the use of flattering titles (Father, Pope, Cardinal, Reverend, Doctor, "Man of God," Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher, Elder, Bishop, Arch Bishop, Suffragan Bishop, Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Junior Pastor, Deacon, etc.) to address church leaders. "For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful" (Psalm 36:2). Many Christians falsely… Continue

The Authority [or lack thereof] of the Scriptures

The Church is debating amongst itself. We differ over so many points that it is not fair to start at any of them to describe what is going on in the body of Christ. In this section, we want to address one particular issue that has become of chief importance to us: what is the authority of the scriptures? Are they infallible, inerrant, and fully inspired, as so many "fundamentalists" claim? And, who has the authority to interpret the scriptures?… Continue

Respected Pastor/Servant of God.

Greetings to you and to the Congregation Resurrected Church Ministries.

It was so nice to hear that you are going to come india and conducting a conference with the Saints and Other Servants of God.

I dont know Bro John Prasad but i am happy to see his work among the Servants and also among the Orphan Children.

We the group of 800 Apostles pray for you and for your coming to india.

I would also like to ask you to pray for my works and for orphan children and for the pastors and for the widows and for the prostitute women .

You can all of our Pastors at
http://www.freewebs.com/sylom/pastors.htm

I hope you can contact Christina Margrett An apostolic women who had came from scotland at chrstnmargrett@aol.com or margrett@in.com

She came to india and seen the places where i work and started to cry for seven days continously.she was not able to walk the places where we work and not able to take the breath due to the pungent smell. She had cried and cried and encourgaed me with her blessings and she had went to scotland.you can ask about me and she will say the whole things happened in india.

Pastor i never ask any one to give funds as i know and you know that our God is a King of Kings and we are his sons as we are called as prince & Prince will have enough money given by the king in his time.

I n the same way i believe god will provide me all the things in his time without fail.

Any way Pastor we believe that
preach the gospel of the kingdom of God
multiply the number of disciples of Jesus Christ
establish the churches of God in the faith

upto now i had started 800 churches in villages by a small roof huts as i praying to god to help to get good buildings for his servants so that the people can come and pray any time and have a peaceful worship .

I hope you had understood and keep praying for my vision and my work and we will be praying for your coming.

Please ask me and about my works to Margrett Madam. She is the Apostolic Women Faith Group Member.

In his Service,

Rev.S.Praveen.

Patience!!!

Patience — Oh what a lesson!

2 Peter 1:5-7 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

Patience is one of those attributes that you cannot learn by reading about it. It’s a quality that can only be acquired by persistent, enduring, practice– and for me it’s a drill that I go over, and over… Continue
