Worrier or Warrior?

Worry is meditating on something that you do NOT want to happen.

Consider what a destructive force it is to focus our thoughts and attention on things that we, in fact, do NOT want to happen! Why would we want to give place to them, and thus raise the potential for manifesting them in our lives? What a silly waste of time and energy that is. When negative or worrisome thoughts begin to invade your mind, make the conscious decision to instead focus on the positive, and good that are always contained in every situation. It WILL begin to change both your perspective and circumstances. Be a warrior, not a worrier...a victor, not a victim!!!!! **************************************************
My child, use common sense and sound judgment! Always keep them in mind. They will help you to live a long and beautiful life. You will walk safely and never stumble; you will rest without a worry and sleep soundly.
